Refundable Security Deposit:

• 2000 AED for short-term (weekly) stays.
• 3000 AED for monthly stays.
• Refunded within 3–5 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.

Cleaning Fee: One-time check-out cleaning charges:

• Check-In Time: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Late or Night Check-In Charges:

• 100 AED for arrivals before 9:00 PM
• 150 AED for arrivals after 9:00 PM

Winter months are subject to seasonal price adjustments depending on the month booked. The price will be adjusted to market demand during holidays and festival seasons.
