Job overview

Home Square Real Estate is looking for a responsible and experienced candidate to be an operator for our sister company: Home Square Holiday Homes. Below are the following qualification:

Relevant Educational background in the related field:

At least 2 years relevant experience in Holiday Homes.
With driving license is a plus
Fluent in english communication
Knowledge in DTCM laws
Experience in using property listing portals (Bayut, Airbnb, Booking.com, Dubizzle, Propertyfinder)

Job responsibilities are as follows:

Supervision of holiday homes staff
maintaining excellent performance of listing
Managing customer relationship
Collection of payments from guests
Preparing performance reports
In charge of overall operations of the holiday homes.
